Could My Workout Routine Be Behind My Erectile Problems?

I have been wondering whether my workout routine could actually be contributing to some changes in my sexual health. I exercise regularly and generally thought that staying active would only have positive effects, but recently I’ve been experiencing occasional difficulty getting or maintaining an erection.

I’m curious whether there’s a point where too much exercise, not enough recovery, or constantly pushing through intense workouts could have the opposite effect. Things like poor sleep, physical exhaustion, not eating enough, dehydration, or stress from trying to maintain a demanding routine might also play a role.

I’ve also been looking into different ED treatment options and came across Vidalista 20 during my research. I understand that medication may help with erectile difficulties, but I’m more interested in figuring out whether my workout schedule, recovery, or lifestyle could be contributing to the problem in the first place.

Has anyone here experienced changes in erectile function after increasing their workout intensity or training frequency? Did reducing the training load, taking more rest days, improving sleep, or changing your diet make any noticeable difference?

I’d be interested to hear whether anyone else has dealt with something similar and how they figured out whether the issue was related to exercise, recovery, stress, or another underlying factor.
