In GTA 5, ULP Extraction isn't finished when you find Agent Johnson. You need to get her out alive, lose the police, and reach Pillbox Hill Medical Center when her condition worsens. If you're exploring GTA 5 Accounts before tackling contact missions, that's the outcome to keep in mind. This is the third assignment in Operation Paper Trail, introduced with The Criminal Enterprises on July 26, 2022. Johnson disappeared while investigating the Duggan family's involvement in rising gas prices. Your job is to bring the missing IAA operative home.
Get ready before following the trail
The garage gives you a quiet moment before things turn ugly. Use it. Check your health, armor, and ammunition rather than discovering you're short during the rescue. Search Johnson's workspace for clues, then get into the green sedan to retrieve its GPS information. Those coordinates give you several places to investigate, not an immediate answer. Don't assume the first marker is the right one. Visit each location, check the surroundings, and move on if she isn't there. Solo players especially benefit from sorting their supplies out early.
Work through the firefight
You'll know you've reached the relevant location when you find a shootout already underway. Resist the urge to charge toward Johnson. Start behind solid cover near the edge, deal with nearby attackers, and watch the minimap before moving forward. A clear route matters more than a quick dash. Enemies approaching from another angle can catch you while you're focused ahead. Once you've reached her, clear the immediate surroundings before bringing your vehicle over. The rescue becomes much harder if you're trying to collect her while shots are still coming in.
Find cover before advancing.
Clear nearby threats first.
Check Johnson has entered your vehicle.
Escape without another fight
Wait until Johnson is seated, then leave. The police pursuit is an escape problem, not an invitation to stand your ground. Keep checking the minimap and change direction before you drive straight into approaching cruisers. Side streets and tunnels can help you break sight, but simply driving fast isn't enough. You need somewhere the search won't immediately reach you. Stay out of view until the wanted level disappears. There's little value in trading shots here when your passenger needs protection and you've already done the difficult part.
Make the hospital delivery count
After the pursuit, keep driving while Johnson explains what happened. Her sudden illness changes the destination to Pillbox Hill Medical Center. Follow the new marker and avoid needless collisions. If your search began with GTA 5 Accounts buy, this mission still comes down to patient driving and careful combat. Pull into the hospital's marked delivery area with Johnson aboard to complete the extraction.
