KPSS can be read as an education-related label, but the domain alone does not establish which meaning is intended. I would want that context made clear before interpreting the initials. That is how I approach KPSS education information. A useful explanation should identify the subject and give readers an understandable reason to explore it. I appreciate information that makes the purpose explicit, because an abbreviation becomes much easier to use once a visitor knows which questions it is meant to address.
