A winery name tied to Alaska makes the relationship between drink and place particularly interesting. I associate Bear Creek Winery Alaska wine and place with questions about how a bottle is described and what context helps a newcomer understand it. I prefer specific flavor language to claims that every reader should enjoy the same thing.
